Before you start
01 What happens at the end of the 10-day trial?
If you haven’t connected a payment method by then, the store closes to customers. You can still log in at any time to finish connecting, and no product, order or setting is deleted.
02 I’m not technical at all — is this for me?
Yes. Add photos and tell us about the business in your own words, even as a voice recording — what you sell and for how much — and Shopzy’s AI prepares a complete draft store: categories, product descriptions, prices, everything. You just review the result and approve.
03 How do payments reach me?
You connect your own payment account (for example Stripe), and the money from every sale goes straight to you. Shopzy doesn’t sit in the middle and doesn’t take a cut.
04 Can the store be in English, not just Hebrew?
Yes. The catalog and the store support Hebrew and English side by side, and the admin has a full English interface.
05 What exactly is included in ₪199, and what isn’t?
Everything is included: catalog, shipping, the AI store-setup tools, and “advanced mode” with integrations and API. There are no paid upgrades. The only fee that isn’t ours is the one your payment provider charges, as with any business that takes card payments.
06 Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes, at any time. The service stays active until the end of the paid period, and your data isn’t deleted right away — you have time to come back if you change your mind.
07 I’m stuck — is there someone to ask?
Yes. Email us at ayfv123@gmail.com and a person answers, not a bot. (Our guides are currently in Hebrew.)
